To upgrade Google Chrome, follow these steps:

1. **Open Chrome o**n your machine.
2. **Click More More** in the upper right corner.
3. After that, **select Help and then Regarding** Google Chrome.
4. To **update Google Chrom**e, click the Update button.
5. You're on the most recent version if you can't locate this button.
6. Restart by clicking the **Relaunch button.**

Every **six weeks**, **Google** releases a major new version of **Chrome**, as well as **security patches**. **Chrome** downloads full or partial in most cases, but it does not reset the browser to activate them. Here's how to search for and **install updates** right now.

You may simply type **chrome:/settings/help** and click Enter in Chrome's browser box.
