To Resolve the Problem of **Apps Not Updating**, Follow These Steps: Delayed or frozen app updates are a regular problem, and they usually happen after you've just updated to the latest version. Follow the troubleshooting procedures if you're having problems updating your Android apps. \
**1. Examine your Internet connection:**\
\
Check to see if you have an **active internet connection** as the first step. **[Play Store](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/93350/do-mindstick-has-its-official-application-on-play-store)** will not download or update apps on your phone if the connection is too slow or there is a network problem. Connect to a high-quality wireless network. If you're using VPN software, try turning it off to see if it helps. \
**2. Check the Storage on Your Phone:** \
Another alternative is to see if your Android phone has enough storage. You won't be able to download new apps or update existing apps from **Google [Play Store](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/93350/do-mindstick-has-its-official-application-on-play-store)** if your phone doesn't have enough free storage. \
