First, make sure you're using the most recent version of **Chrome** to watch videos. **Update Chrome** browsers are compatible with the very latest web technology for multimedia content. To do so, select Help, then About **Google Chrome** from the Customize **[Google Chrome](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/94712/why-can-t-i-update-chrome-from-my-android-phone)** menu. \
After that, a new tab called About Chrome will open, which will scan for and install updates. After the browser has been updated, click **Relaunch**. \
Streaming service data usage settings should be adjusted as follows: \
1. Sign in to your **Netflix** account first. 2. Then, on the menu, select **Account**. 3. Go to **My Profile** and select **Playback Settings** from the drop-down menu. 4. Select either a **High** or **Medium data** use setting after that. 5. Click on the **Save** button. \
