**Yes, they do,** and the relevancy issue has evolved into an existential question about the relevance of the concept of Web search itself. INDEXING, which is now a LEGACY technology, was always used for search. Web search has always relied on returning lists of highly ranked pages that contain keywords from queries.

The accuracy of the relationship between the search query and the search results is measured by search relevance.Relevance can be difficult to achieve because it is highly dependent on context and a variety of changing variables.
