**Steps to [Fix](https://yourviews.mindstick.com/view/81628/how-to-fix-your-broken-heart-try-out-these-ways-for-sure):**

- **[Google](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/95740/how-can-i-get-google-adsense-account-approval) Assistant** is a virtual assistance service that is incorporated into the Google App on all Android smartphones. The Google Assistant app is also available in the store.
- **Add your home and work addresses to Google Maps.-**Although it may appear strange, Google Maps and Assistant may be linked in some way. Simply go to Google Maps Settings and add your home and work addresses, then try using Assistant again; the problem will be resolved.
- **Google App should be updated.-**On most Android devices, Google Assistant is built inside the Google App, so you won't need to download a separate Google Assistant app. Simply go to the Play Store, search for Google App, and update it.
- **Modify your language-** Navigate to the Assistant menu. Go to the language options page. Change the language to something else. Now try something new in terms of wording.
- Your Google Assistant will function normally. You may now change the language back to your preferred language.
- **Clear the Assistant/Google App's data and cache.-**If you're using Google Assistant or the Google App, it's a good idea to erase the Google app's data and cache. Again, fill in all of your information and allow permissions.
- When you change the language, the voice wake-up feature is disabled. You can quickly re-enable it by heading to the assistant settings and selecting the option to enable voice wake-up.
