- [**iOS**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50304/what-do-you-do-if-ios-12-doesn-t-seem-to-be-downloading-or-installing) includes a function called **'Analytics & Improvements'** that allows you to see if your iPhone has any hardware concerns. It's also compatible with older iOS versions including iOS 10, 11, and 12. So, whether you're using an older iPhone or the iPhone 12 on a regular basis,
- To begin, open your iPhone's Settings app and go to Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.
- You should see a number of logs linked to analytics on the next screen. Now look through the full list for a file called panic-xxx.ips. The panic-base or panic-full file can be used.
