- The **[iPhone's](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50368/how-to-preserve-apple-iphone-6s-battery-life-with-low-power-saving-mode)** built-in speakers and microphones allow you to capture priceless moments to look back on and remember later in life. However, how terrible it would be if it failed to play the audio section.
- There are times when you record something and the phone doesn't recognise it or when an audible voice isn't played back. The iPhone not playing sounds error is labelled on these cases.
- **Speaker Error:** Moisture, or accidentally dropping your iPhone, can loosen the connection between the iPhone speaker and the microphone, resulting in audio failure.
- **DND:** The iPhone's Do Not Disturb setting silences all of the device's sounds. The features are meant to make it as quiet as possible. When you switch it on by accident, the phone won't play any audio. It's possible that this is the source of the problem you're having.
- **External Connectivity:** If your iPhone is connected to another Bluetooth device, it will use that device to play music. Any problem with the output device or obstructions between it and your iPhone causes the sound to be interrupted, resulting in an audio fault.
