1. **CHECK WHATSAPP** WhatsApp's iOS and Android apps are **updated** often. The media download problem on your phone might be caused by a buggy or outdated WhatsApp build. Go to the App Store or **Google Play Stor**e and download the most **recent version** of the WhatsApp app. WhatsApp beta users on Android and iOS should upgrade their apps to the current versions, which include various bug fixes and performance enhancements. 2. **TURN ON WHATSAPP MOBILE DATA (IPHONE)** From the settings menu on iOS, you may restrict mobile data use for specific applications. If the option for the WhatsApp app is activated, you may not be able to download media on your iPhone. Open the iPhone's Settings app, **scroll down to WhatsApp**, and turn on mobile data for the app. **3. RESET THE NETWORK CONFIGURATION (IPHONE)** Users may accidentally overwrite network settings, resulting in a WhatsApp media download failure error. You may repair it by resetting the iPhone's network settings. On your iPhone, go to **General** > **Reset** > **Reset Network Settings** in the Settings app.
