- Th**e date and time on your phone are correct**. You won't be able to connect to the WhatsApp servers to download your material if your date is incorrect. Here's how to set your date correctly.
- If the problem persists, your SD card may be the source of the problem. To double-check, make sure your SD card has the following features:
- There is plenty free storage space. If your SD card has enough space but you still can't download files from WhatsApp, you may need to erase WhatsApp data from your SD card.
- It's possible that your SD card is corrupted if none of these solutions have worked. It's possible that you'll need to reformat your SD card or get a new one in this instance.
