Place the cursor within the text, hit that combination, and then move it using the up and down buttons. - You may extract text from images using the **Omni Page** File Converter. You may be doing research in a bookstore and taking a photo of a page, and the functionality will extract text from the image. It isn't always flawless, but it is preferable to having to type or write a lot. - When you save and close a document, **Shift + F5** ensures that when you reopen it, the cursor will proceed to where you left off instead of starting at the beginning. - Simply press **Ctrl + F1** to conceal what I consider to be an obnoxious and excessively cluttered ribbon interface (introduced in Office 2007). - If you change your mind about how text is formatted, click the word in question. Alternatively, pick a chunk of text andhit **Ctrl + Space** at the same time.
