If an app on your phone is having these issues, try the actions below:

- **Crashing**.
- It will not open.
- I'm not going to respond.
- I**sn't functioning correctly**. If the app you're having difficulties with is an Instant App, use these troubleshooting steps instead.
- **Restart your phone** after each step to see if the problem has been resolved.

1. **Restart** your mobile device. 2. Keep an eye out for **Android upgrades.** 3. The app should be **updated.**\

**Step 2:** Look for a bigger problem with the program. \
1. Force the app to **close.** \

3. Connect your device to **Google's servers.** \
4. **Uninstall** the application. \
5. Make contact with the **app's creator.**
