- It is due to Storage problem and bugs etc to fix it follow the steps:
- Press and hold the Power button on most phones for roughly 30 seconds or until the phone restarts.
- It's possible that you'll need to **tap Restart**
- **Open the Settings** app on your phone.
- Tap System, then Advanced, and then System update near the bottom.
- You may need to tap About phone or About tablet, then Software update, depending on your phone.
- You'll be able to see your current update status. Any steps on the screen should be followed.
- You can usually erase an app's cache and data via the Settings app on your phone. Each phone has its own set of options.
- When you clear cached data, you temporarily free up space. This is only a temporary solution. Cached data will accumulate again over time.
