follow these steps to solve problems

1. **Activate** the speaker.

2. Increase the in-call volume.
3. **Modify the app's** sound settings.
4. Check the **loudness of the media.**
5. Check to see if **Do Not Disturb is turned on.**
6. Check to see if **your headphones are plugged in.**
7. Take your **phone out of its cover...**
