**Restart the phone** Another option for resolving app crashes on your phone is to restart the device. The system's and other apps' processes will be killed and then restarted when the device is restarted. Apart from that, when you restart the device, it clears the memory, which might be useful. Press and hold the power button to restart the device. Now press the restart button. Some phones do not offer a restart option, in which case you will have to manually turn it off, turn it on, and restart it. \

The simplest solution to fix an app that keeps crashing on your Android phone is to force close and reopen it.

1. To do so, go to **Settings** -> **Apps** and pick the crashed app.
2. After that, touch the app's name and then **'Force stop.'**
3. Now try reopening the app to verify whether it works properly.
