**Steps how can people find me on [Skype](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/94344/what-is-the-use-of-skype):**

- People can search for you **using your phone number** to connect with you and start speaking if you use a phone number to sign up or sign in to Skype, or if you have a phone number in your Skype Profile. You have the option to make your phone number unsearchable at any time.
- Go to your Skype profile page and sign in.
- Select Edit Profile from the Contact information section.
- Select Save after removing the phone number.
