- **Section 299 of the Indian Penal Code ‘Culpable Homicide’ likely to cause death.** \ The offences are **defined** in the [Indian Penal Code](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/31289/what-is-section-377-of-the-indian-penal-code) are the ones that state the punishment for the committed offence. At the decision of the case, the justice Dr. Anand convicted the accused of the charges of culpable Homicide and passed an order of Punishment including the fine. \
