And operated until **August 2009**. And he also remarked to the nation that this will be the future development carrier for India. \ **Specifications of Chandrayaan -1** 1- **Mass** – at launch – **1380 kg**, at lunar orbit – **675 kg**, after releasing the impactor **530 Kg.** 2**- Powe**r – the spacecraft was powered by the solar array. the dimension of that solar panel was **2.15. 1.8,** and the power which was stored by the solar panel is **750 w** of having the lithium-ion battery of **36A-h**. 3**- Propulsion** – this spacecraft used a **bipropellant integrated propulsion** to reach the orbit and also for the orbit where it had to leave its landers and it has one **440N** thrust engine and eight **22 N** of thrusters.
