Beighton Cup is associated with the sport of Hockey. It is an Indian hockey competition organized by Hockey Bengal which was earlier known as Bengal Hockey Association. It was started in the year 1895 and was played on natural grass at Kolkata (then Calcutta) before being turned to Astro Turf (artificial grass) at Sports Authority of India (SAI). Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Hockey team is the current winner which defeated Punjab in the 2019 edition.
