**Overview** Earlier in the Indian Constitution was not professionalized due to the unavailability of the concern to this issue as in India the Muslin Minority is at its highest percentage and hence the contrast position of the parliament was the result of not developing the related regulation in Indian Constitution. \
In India, as we know as per the **8th schedule of the Indian constitution** there have been **22 languages** as recognized. And the provision of creating the minority is also on the basis of the languages. Hence there will be only a minority community in the country hence in order to keep the balance between the minority and other people, the government of India made some rules. The above article **29 of India Constitution** serves the purpose of interest for a minority of the country. The article is talking in context to the minority of the country as it says any “citizen residing in the territory of India or any part thereof having any distinct language, script, or culture of its own shall have the right to conserve the same.” \
Further increasing the article I extend the interest of such citizens of the country who has bee5n covered under the shadow of the minority. As “No citizen shall be denied admission into any educational institution maintained by the state or receiving the aid of state funds on grounds only religion, race, caste, language or any of them.” \
**Facts** The definition of Minority as per the judgment of Supreme Court revealed in the case of **A.M Patroni V. Kesavan10,** Justice **S.R Das** told the community, which is less than 50% of the total population will fall under this name.\
Nowhere in the constitution of India has the term ‘Minority’ been defined. \
