Change the **host's files on your computer.** Try modifying your host's file if upgrading iTunes didn't work. This is a rather involved process, so if you're not tech-savvy, get the aid of someone who is. \
When Apple servers cannot be connected, Error 3194 occurs. Your computer's hosts file has something to do with how it connects to the Internet. It's conceivable that a file misconfiguration is causing the issue, and that updating the file would solve it. This is what you must do:

1. **Turn off iTunes.**
2. Go to your **host's file and open it.**
3. Launch the **Terminal software on your [iPhone SE](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/51459/why-does-your-iphone-se-keep-prompting-liquid-has-been-detected-warning-and-how-to-fix-it)**, type Sudo nano /private/etc/hosts, and press Return.
