When your device's screen becomes unresponsive for any reason, it doesn't necessarily mean it's broken or that the issue is hardware-related. Consider the following scenario: your iPhone won't switch on, and you suspect the battery or another component is faulty. The majority of the time, it's just a software failure. The issue can be resolved by doing a **hard reset.** The iPhone's red screen of death is the same way. Because you can't access the iPhone settings via your touchscreen, the first thing you should do is perform a hard reset. Don't worry, none of your information will be lost.

1. At the same moment, **press and hold the Home** and **Sleep/Wake buttons.**
2. **Hold the buttons down** until the Apple logo appears on the screen (some people say you need to hold them for **10 second**s, but it usually takes more time)
3. **Release the buttons** when the Apple logo is displayed.
4. check if this method work or not
