A **firmware crash** is the most common cause of a high-end smartphone like the iPhone becoming stuck on a blank and unresponsive screen. It can be fixed by doing a **forced restart.** \

1. To do so, **swiftly push** and release the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons, then repeat. 2. Then, for the **next 10 seconds**, tap and hold the Power key. The phone will be forced to start up as a result of this. 3. When the Apple logo appears, **release the power button** and wait for your iPhone to reboot completely. \
In the vast majority of situations, this technique will resolve the issue. So if you can get the logo to appear on the screen, it means the problem has been **resolved.**
