It's time to [update](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/156355/what-is-google-pigeon-update) iTunes. If you're having trouble with [Error](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/459/iis-7-error-503-service-unavailable) 3194 on iTunes, the first step is to upgrade to the most recent version. While this isn't the most likely cause of the problem and is unlikely to cure it, it's simple and quick to attempt. It's likely that a bug in an older version of iTunes is preventing you from making the connection you require. \
If none of those options work, consider restoring or upgrading your iOS device on a different computer than the one you used previously. This may or may not work, but even if it does, it eliminates the computer as a possible source of the problem. If you can accomplish that, you'll be one step closer to figuring out what's causing the problem.
