By manually inputting the relevant settings, the following stages depict the normal procedure of setting up an email account: \

1. To get started, go to the **Home screen and tap Settings.**
2. Scroll down to **Mail, Contacts, and Calendars** and tap them.
3. After that, s**elect Add Account.**
4. When presented with a list of possibilities, choose the **one you like (email provider).**
5. **iCloud, Exchange, Google, Yahoo!, AOL,** Outlook.com, and Others are among the available alternatives.
6. If your email provider does not appear in the list, touch Other, then **Add Mail Account.** To configure your account, follow the onscreen steps and enter all essential information.
7. Please contact your service provider if you are unsure about your **email settings.**
8. Fill in the needed **email information**, such as your email address, password, and any other relevant information.
9. To continue, **tap Next**.
10. Other choices, like **Contacts and Calendars,** can also be synced if desired.
11. Simply choose the account **sync options** that you want.
12. After you've finished customizing your preferences, **press Save.**

After that, your email account will be set up, and your inbox will be visible. If this is the only account you've set up on your iPhone, you'll be taken straight to your email. To **add more email accounts,** simply **repeat the procedures outlined above.**
