**The majority of the problems were caused by a network fault.** Your iPhone must have an active and steady Wi-Fi or cellular data connection to utilize iMessage. However, when there are network issues, such as no connectivity, messaging capabilities such as iMessage will not function properly. Account troubles, planned network maintenance, network system failures, and faulty network settings configuration on your device are all possible causes of network problems. In this situation, you'll need to address the underlying network issue(s) before getting iMessage back up and running on your [iPhone 6s](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50387/how-to-fix-apple-iphone-6s-problem-on-calls-that-go-straight-to-voicemail). \
While using iMessage on your iPhone, software faults, damaged programs, or files can all create issues. This is typically the case when you download or install new programs that include flaws or add damaged files or information to your computer. \
