- **Open the Settings** application.

   - [Cellular](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/161662/nad-liposomal-capsules-the-key-to-cellular-longevity) should be tapped.
   - Look for your email app (Mail**) under the CELLULAR [DATA](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/23186/how-becoming-a-data-analyst-can-be-a-lucrative-career) area** and make sure it's allowed to utilize mobile data. If you disable this option for the Mail app, you won't be able to send or receive email via cellular data.
