Random app crashes and loading issues are frequently caused by tiny bugs that may be fixed by clearing and restarting the programme. If this is the first time you've seen an issue while using or launching the YouTube app after the newest **iOS update**, clearing the app should solve the problem. Here's how you do it: \
1. **Press and hold the Home button for two seconds**. A list of recently used applications will appear as a result of this action. 2. From the app's preview, find the YouTube app and swipe it. It's also a good idea to force background programmes to close. These programmes can also create issues with other apps, particularly if they have crashed. \
Perform a soft reset or restart your smartphone after removing YouTube and other programmes to eliminate any minor system problems and refresh the internal memory.
