**Wireless connectivity issues** could possibly be the cause of your device's inability to connect to the Apple server. In that scenario, the most straightforward fix is to restart your phone's Wi-Fi connection. Here's how to do it: \

1. Go to the **Settings tab.**
2. Go to a **public Wi-Fi hotspot.**
3. Then, to **turn off the feature,** tap the Wi-Fi switch.
4. Tap the switch again after a few seconds to **turn Wi-Fi back on.**

Alternatively, you can **set your iPhone 7 Plus to Airplane mode.** Your device's WiFi capabilities will be disabled automatically if you do so. Airplane mode can be accessed through the Control Center or the **Settings-> Airplane mode menu.** Many people who have had to struggle with sporadic wireless access have found this simple method to be really helpful.
