Like any other software, **Amazon Shopping** may have unexpected malfunctions. This is most likely to happen if you've had the app open and running in the background for a long period. **Background programmes** can become corrupted, and they won't be able to perform properly as a result. Clearing the app may be helpful in resolving the issue. On your **iPhone 7 Plus**, follow these steps to delete Amazon Shopping and background apps: \

- **Quickly press the Home button twice.** This will bring up a new screen with a list of recently used applications that haven't been closed.
- To clean or forcibly quit the **Amazon Shopping app, swipe up on the preview.** Clear the remainder of the background programmes in the same way.

After you've cleared any background programmes, try relaunching the **Amazon Shopping** app to check whether it can now load correctly and is no longer crashing.
