- Both the computer and the iOS device should be **restarted**.

- Make that the PC has the most recent Windows update installed.
- Make sure you're using the **most recent version of iTune**s on your computer.
- With the exception of the keyboard and mouse, disconnect all USB accessories from your computer. Then restart your computer, launch iTunes, and plug your iOS device onto a separate USB port.
- **[Error](https://www.mindstick.com/forum/459/iis-7-error-503-service-unavailable) 0xE8000065** could be caused by anti-malware software installed on the PC or iPhone. Update your security software or temporarily disable it on your computer.
- **Connect your iPhone** or iPad to a separate computer to see if the **problem is isolated** to your PC.
