A **total battery drain** is commonly overlooked, yet it could be the p**rimary cause of your phone's black screen**. With that in mind, try **charging** your iPhone for at least **30 minutes** by plugging it into the charger. Use the charger that came with our smartphone or the original charger. Otherwise, charge your iPhone using an alternative charger that is compatible with it. \
If the charging indicator does not appear after plugging your iPhone into the charger, **force a restart** while the phone is attached to the charger. To force a restart on your iPhone, simply follow the steps outlined above. \
If the black screen problem was caused by an error, this should **resolve it.**
