While Apple did a fantastic job building a very reliable operating system, the firmware can crash at any time, causing the phone to freeze and become unresponsive with a blank screen. Apple developers anticipated this, which is why you may utilize a very easy way to try to restore the phone back to life in a minute or two–forced reboot. \

- After **pressing and holding the Volume Down key**, press and hold the Power key.
- For **5 to 10 seconds,** hold them together.
- If there's enough battery, **the phone should reset** and return you back to the home screen 95% of the time.
- **Try putting the charger into a power source** and connecting the cord to your phone's charging port once the device is already activated and ready to use. If the iPhone replies and charges, the issue is resolved; otherwise, proceed with the **troubleshooting**
