**Update iOS to the most recent version.** This is self-evident. Whether or not there are concerns, it is critical to always install the most recent available update to avoid complications. \
**When charging your phone, try to turn it off.** This may seem uncomfortable, especially if you can't live without your smartphone for more than a few hours, but we strongly advise you to do so for the purpose of troubleshooting. If your phone charges properly or quicker after being turned off, it's either a firmware issue or an app that's causing the issue. \
**Restore the factory for a second time.** If the problem is caused by an app, a full restore may be ineffective. That implies that after the reset, you are merely re-installing the root of the problem. After a restoration, keep an eye on how the phone operates for 24 hours without downloading any third-party apps. This way you can confirm if one of your apps is to blame.
