The issue with audio and haptic feedback, unlike any other iPhone issue, is most likely a software issue. Because of a technical problem in the applications, it may not operate as intended for certain of them. The issue is localized to the application in this situation. Because certain **third-party apps** don't support audio and haptic feedback, the functionality won't operate even if the iPhone is turned on. The fact that your iPhone's system haptics function isn't working might be due to incorrect or misconfigured settings.

To turn off System Haptics, go to **iPhone 7 Settings**-> **Sounds** & **Haptics a**nd flip the System Haptics switch to off. You may experiment with dragging the Ringer and Alerts slider up and down a few times to see whether it affects the iPhone's audio and haptics output.
