**Perform a soft reset.** Simple measures can sometimes go a long way toward giving solutions. Make sure you don't forget to perform a soft reset, which is a simple but vital step. Press and hold the Power button (found on the top right side) until the phrase 'slide to power off' appears, then release. After that, slide the Power switch to the right and wait a few seconds for the gadget to turn off. Press and hold the Power button until the Apple logo displays, then release. \
**All settings should be reset.** \
If the problem persists, you could try resetting all of your device's settings to see what occurs. This will restore all app settings to their original state, possibly resolving the camera issue. Follow these steps to do so: \

1. Go to Settings>General>Reset from the Home screen.
2. Reset All Settings is the last option.
3. If presented, enter the passcode.
4. Tap Reset All Settings to confirm.
