When your iPhone settings are automatically overwritten by an update, mistakes and conflicts are likely to occur. As a result, certain programs may not be able to perform as expected. To make sure this isn't the case with your Amazon Shopping app, consider resetting all of your iPhone 7's settings to their defaults or original values, and then configuring required features and choices again depending on your previous preferences before the problem occurs. Then here's what you should do: \

1. From the **Home screen, choose Settings.**
2. Select **General.**
3. Reset may be **found by scrolling down** and tapping it.
4. From the list of options, choose **Reset all settings.** This will clear your iPhone's system settings without changing any data stored on the internal memory.
5. To continue, enter your device **passcode if requested.**
6. Then **press to confirm t**hat the settings have been reset.

Wait until your iPhone reboots once the reset is completed. To utilize the Internet and online services on your device, you'll need to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network. Once connected, open the Amazon Shopping app to verify whether the issue has been resolved.
