As a result, follow these steps to check for any available OTA updates to **download and install:** \

1. From the Home screen, **choose Settings.**
2. Select **General.**
3. Select **Software Update** from the menu.

If a new iOS version is ready for download, you will receive an update notice prompt. If that's the case, just follow the onscreen instructions to download and install the newest iOS update file on your **iPhone 7.** \
Ascertain that your device is connected to the internet through Wi-Fi and that it has sufficient storage space and battery life to complete the update procedure.
