- The ideal operating temperature for an [**iPhone**](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/94884/should-i-skip-upgrading-to-iphone-13-and-wait-for-iphone-14) is **32° to 95°** F. If you stay inside this range, your iPhone should run well. When your iPhone is not in use, it can resist more severe weather conditions. If you store your iPhone between -4° and 113° F, you're unlikely to harm it.
- Even when plugged in, the phone will not charge or will charge very slowly. Wireless charging is included in this.
- If you have a signal at all, it will be weak. It's possible that you'll still be able to make emergency calls.
- The general performance of your phone will be slow. This is particularly true for apps with a lot of visuals.
- A black temperature warning will appear, stating that 'iPhone must cool down before use.'
- If you're using navigation, you'll get a message that says, 'Temperature: iPhone must cool down.' The navigation will continue only on the basis of audio.
- You will have no flash if you insist on using your camera.
- Finally, the screen is turned off. It's possible that it'll turn black.
