Consider when the problem began to assist you to figure out which app is the perpetrator or causing your iPhone to overheat. Was it after I installed this new gaming app or after I downloaded this new movie when it started? The fresh download may have crashed or become corrupted in this situation. \

- Go to **Settings-**> **Privacy**-> **Analytics**-> **Analytics Data** to see which app has been crashing on your iPhone. You'll see a list of apps and services that have been crashing, as well as the log files on your device, under the data area.

If you see the same app mentioned many times, it means there is a problem with the app that needs to be addressed.
