Let's go on to the **Exchange email account** now. Exchange email accounts are commonly used for intra-company communications, and they may also be set up on your phone to receive messages that you get on your PC. When you get an **Exchange account**, it normally comes with precise instructions and settings, but your company's IT department will most likely set up your computer for you. For your phone, all you need are the **settings** and then follow these steps: \

1. From the Home screen**, choose Settings.**
2. From the Settings panel**, scroll down and hit Mail.**
3. If the Mail screen appears, **tap Accounts to continue.**
4. **Select Add Account** from the drop-down menu.
5. Choose **Exchange** from the list of alternatives (email providers).
6. Please enter your **work email address** as well as your password.
7. To continue, **tap Next.**
8. Enter the **server address in the Server area** by tapping on it.
9. Check and **double-check** that all field entries are correct.
10. Next should be tapped. **Note:** If you don't know your work email account's Exchange server settings, contact your email provider or your company's email/network administrator for assistance.
11. Select the **sync settings** you wish to activate with a tap.
12. To **finish** the procedure**, tap Save.**
