You may simply **delete a contact's information** if you no longer want to maintain it. This can also help clear up some space on your iPhone's memory. Here's how you do it: \

1. To open the Phone app, tap it from the **Home screen.**
2. Contacts should be tapped.
3. Select the **contact you want to remove** by tapping on it.
4. Select **Edit.**
5. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
6. To confirm the operation, tap **Delete Contact again.**

The specified contact has been **deleted from the list.**
