**Removing additional email account**s saved on [your iPhone](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50411/what-to-do-if-your-iphone-x-can-t-be-detected-by-computer) may be the key to resolving account information conflict-related problems. This will also assist you in determining if the issue is related to any of the existing emails or your email account as a whole. As a result, here's what you should do: \

1. To access the **Settings app, t**ap it.
2. Select **Accounts & Password**s from the drop-down menu.
3. Select the **email account** you wish to remove with a tap.
4. Selec**t Delete Account** from the drop-down menu.
5. Then tap on **Delete from My iPhon**e to confirm your action.
6. If you find any additional email accounts in the list, you shoul**d delete them altogether** to avoid any conflicts.
7. To save your most recent changes, **tap Done.**

**Restart your iPhone 8 Plus** once more to refresh the device's memory and give it a new start.
