When you back up your iPhone, you're making a **backup of your data** that you can restore if your device is damaged, lost, or replaced. You can back up your **iPhone using iCloud** or iTunes, whichever you want. \
iCloud allows you to back up your iPhone 8 Plus apps A Wi-Fi connection is required to create an **iCloud backup.** As a result, **double-check that Wi-Fi** is turned on and that your device is connected to the Internet. After you've confirmed that your device is connected, follow these steps: \

1. Go to the **main menu** and select **'Home.'**
2. Go to the **Settings tab.**
3. **Sign in** with your Apple ID if asked.
4. To continue, **tap iCloud.**
5. **Select the applications** you wish to back up by sliding the slider next to them.
6. To get to the bottom of the list, scroll down and then **tap the iCloud Backup app**.
7. If disabled, **tap the iCloud Backup option** to enable it.
8. Tap Back Up Now to **start backing up the selected apps.**

Wait until the **backup is finished**. Your apps will then be available on iCloud.
