**Restart your iPhone 8 if necessary.** For whatever reason, the phone may have been unresponsive or frozen. To **restart it,** follow these instructions: \

1. **Quickly press** and r**elease the Volume Up button.**
2. **Quickly press** and **release the Volume Down button.**
3. Then, until you see the Apple logo, press and **hold the Side button.**
