You must enable Bluetooth on your iPhone 8 in order for it to broadcast its connection. Then take the following steps: \

1. Go to Settings-> Bluetooth on the device you wish to connect to (your iPhone 8), then turn it on. Stay on the screen and then follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your other device.
2. Set up a Bluetooth connection on your Mac or PC. Set up a Bluetooth network connection according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Go to Settings-> Bluetooth-> and make sure it's turned on on your second iOS device.

Make sure both devices are within Bluetooth range of each other in order for them to find and connect.
