If this problem only occurs when your phone is connected to your Wi-Fi network, it's possible that your Wi-Fi connection is to blame. Try deleting the Wi-Fi network from your phone and reconnecting to it.

1. Get to the **Home screen.**
2. Select **Settings.**
3. Select **Wi-Fi.**
4. Right next to the Wi-Fi network you wish to **delete or forget,** tap the blue I or information symbol.
5. Tap the **Forget this Network option.**

**Restart your phone**, then look for and reconnect to the Wi-Fi network. \
If the **problem persists**, follow the extra **troubleshooting procedures** described below. \

- Check that the **phone's time** and **date are set correctly.**
- Connect your phone to a different **Wi-Fi network t**o see if it helps. If the problem does not occur, the issue could be with your **router settings.**
- **Turn off your router** and your phone to see if it helps. **Turn off both devices.**
- check if it works or not
