Any mobile app, whether third-party or pre-installed, might have unexpected complications. The most common cause is minor firmware crashes. Major software changes, on the other hand, might cause problem in some situations. If it's a small issue, stopping and restarting the programme has a better chance of fixing it. Having said that, try quitting the **Messenger app on your iPhone 8** and then relaunching it after roughly 30 seconds. Here's how you do it: \
1. To access the Recent Apps screen, quickly tap the **Home button twice.** 2. To **clear the Messenger** app preview, s**wipe upon it.** 3. Alternatively, you may delete all other background programmes to avoid any of them from interfering.
