If you have iOS 13 or later and have attempted to restore or migrate your iPhone from a prior device, the Apple logo and progress bar may appear on your screen for more than an hour. Find out what you should do. \
If you're having **problems with the above,** take the **following steps:** \

- Make sure your **iPhone's progress meter hasn't moved for at least one hour.**
- If the progress bar hasn't moved in over an hour, connect your device to a computer and put it into **recovery mode** using the procedures below:
- **iPhones 8 and up: press and hold the Volume Up button for a few seconds**. Press and hold the **Volume Down** button for a few seconds. Hold down the **Side button** for a few seconds. Continue to keep the Side button down until the recovery mode screen appears.
