On the new **[iPhone X,](https://answers.mindstick.com/qa/50498/how-to-enable-wi-fi-on-your-iphone-x)** here's how to establish and manage incoming email alerts: \

1. From the Home screen, **choose Settings.**
2. **Sounds and haptics** may be **activated** by tapping on the screen.
3. **Select New Mail** from the drop-down menu.
4. Change the Vibration and **Alert Tones by tapping**.

\
You can also personalize your notifications with several alert designs on the new iPhone X, allowing you to rapidly reply to emails, calendar invites, texts, and more. \

- Go to **Settings-> Notifications-> then choose an app** to modify alert styles on to add or edit an alert style for a notification.

\
The following are some of the **alert style choices available to you:** \
When enabled, **Allow Alerts** allows you to receive notifications from the specified app. **Sounds** - allows an app to play a sound to notify you when you receive a notice. **Show on Lock Screen** – lets you view notifications from the app on your Lock screen. By touching on their corresponding switches or sliders, these options can be switched on or off. \
