Simpl**y switch off Bluetooth** and listen to your iPhone's sound system to rule this out as a **possible reason.** Then here's what you should do: \

1. To access the **Settings app**, tap it.
2. **Toggle on Bluetooth.**
3. Then, to toggle the function on or off, **press the Bluetooth switch.**
4. If Bluetooth is turned on, **press the switch to turn it off.**
